Semi - Personal Training

Semi-personal training sessions are scheduled with a trainer of choice. You will consult with a trainer about your personal goals, timelines, and much more to reach your optimal physique.

  • 60-minute sessions with a trainer
  • Specific muscle training based on clients specific goals
  • Train two, three, four or five times a week
  • Body and goal assessments each month
  • Access to trainer for advice on activity, advice, etc.
  • No membership or initiation fee

As a BONUS and motivation to keep the momentum strong, we offer our semi-private training clients access to our Saturday Total Body Fitness Classes on specific Saturdays as a token of our appreciation – time TBA.
