Small Group Training

4-15 people in a group training at the same time with the same exercises that are structured per instructor within the desired hour. The group training is a high demand style of training due to the fact that energy is built into the session with all the bodies pushing one another to get to their optimal performance. All fitness and intensity levels welcomed. Please look over each trainers monthly group training schedule to make an appointment to come to your first FREE class and goals.

    Arizona State University four year letterman. Former Offensive Tackle for the Oakland Raiders and Cincinnati Bengals. Two years in the CFL with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers
