Dan Knapp was exposed to the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle from a young age. His father owned a gym, while his mother received her degree in physical education and served as an aerobics instructor.
As Dan grew older, he exceled in athletics, specifically track and football, and went on to receive a full-ride scholarship to play football for Arizona State University. After two knee injuries, Dan worked his way back to a starting position at ASU and was eventually picked up by the Oakland Raiders where he participated in pre-season training, practice and games. After six months, he moved to the Cincinnati Bengals for one season before moving on to the Canadian Football League.
Currently, Dan uses his experience and knowledge gained throughout his collegiate and professional career to lead others in building a healthy, fit lifestyle at Camie Cragg Fitness. Dan works with beginners and athletes to improve their strength, speed and agility.
